Essential Morning Wellness Routine

For the past five years, I have started my mornings off with a simple wellness routine.


I take my vitamins, probiotics, drink water, and get active.


Keep reading to learn about the exact routine that has me feeling energized each day!


I promise these habits and products will increase your morning productivity, boost your energy levels, and replenish your body with essential nutrients.

I used to not be a morning person. I would have to be dragged out of bed and my bad mood would stick with me for a good couple of hours. Now, I love waking up in the mornings and starting my day off with my healthy habits.


Not only do I feel better after completing my routine, but I'm excited to take my vitamins because they taste like a treat! If you're not a fan of swallowing fishy tasting pills that are too big for you to gulp-- I have good news: I only take liquid vitamins that taste like a smoothie.


Did you know that, "your body absorbs liquid vitamins better than its pill counterparts do. In fact, the body absorbs approximately 98 percent of the vitamins and minerals contained in liquid form. However, the body only absorbs anywhere from 3 to 20 percent of the vitamins in a vitamin pill. So here's exactly how I start off my mornings:

Drink a glass of water. Help eliminate toxins, kickstart your metabolism, and keep your skin healthy with an 8 oz glass of water first thing in the morning. Exercise. Morning workouts help burn more fat, build more muscle, and create a better night's sleep than evening workouts. Jumpstart your day with at least 10-minutes of push-ups/squats/crunches. Otherwise, head to the gym for 40 minutes of strength training plus 10-30 minutes of cardio.
